American Red Cross Tenant Improvement

The renovation of this 60,000 SF facility houses administrative offices for the American Red Cross of Arizona and a national call center. It also functions as a collection and distribution center for the local Red Cross blood supply. This project was design build with DPR.

Florida Center of Excellence Biomedical Identification and Targeted Therapeutics. 20,000 SF Integrated Biomedical Research Laboratories Regional Infectious Disease Diagnostics Center. Sears Gerbo Architecture provided design services in association with HKS-Tampa.
