University of Arizona – Bio 5 Institute, Oro Valley

The University of Arizona acquired the 27,464 sf former Sanofi-Aventis building in Oro Valley. Renovation was provided to use the facility as a hub for state of the art drug research and as an incubator space for new companies.

American Red Cross Tenant Improvement

The renovation of this 60,000 SF facility houses administrative offices for the American Red Cross of Arizona and a national call center. It also functions as a collection and distribution center for the local Red Cross blood supply. This project was design build with DPR.
