This is a 214,819sf building with 5 Levels. Concept design for first phase of the CMRR Category III Nuclear Facility Project. Mixed use laboratory, training and office building for 408 scientists with an additional 31,953sf Central Utility Building. American Red Cross Tenant Improvement

The renovation of this 60,000 SF facility houses administrative offices for the American Red Cross of Arizona and a national call center. It also functions as a collection and distribution center for the local Red Cross blood supply. This project was design build with DPR.
