This 115,005 SF Assembly Test facility for Analog Devices includes a 106,566 SF clean manufacturing area with supporting offices / employee canteen and a 19,375 SF Central Utility Plant. The project includes class 1000, 10,000 and 100,000 process spaces. This project is the cornerstone of Analog’s Asian operations. The project was a joint effort between design teams located in the US and the Philippines. The project construction cost was $22,000,000 and was a delivered with a Design Build contract in 20 months from programming through substantial completion. Non Proliferation and International Security Center

The NISC project is a 165,000 SF five story mixed use radiological/electronic/optical laboratories with offices for the NIS Division at LANL. Its mission is to focus on detection research, intelligence, nuclear safeguards and emergency response worldwide. There will be 465 occupants from the NIS Division in program, group and division offices. Levels 3 and 4 feature extreme security precautions for intelligence and are a Secure Compartmental Information Facility (SCIF).
